To Convert your laptop internal Hard Disk to External Hard Disk, You just need 2.5 SATA HDD case. It is available on online store like Flipkart, Amazon etc.
It will cost you around 200 Rs to 800 Rs depending on the quality of material used. It comes with screw driver, USB cable to connect with your laptop or computer and lather cover for it.
It is very easy to use this external case of hard drive. You can see below video in which complete procedure is given. You just need to take out your Hard disk from your laptop and put it into this external case. Your hard drive look like photo given here. It has slot which will fit to the slot given in the HDD casing. There will be external circuit with led on the font of the casing given to indicate the communication between your computer and the hard drive. while transferring you data LED will blink. After connecting your hard drive with external casing fit the casing with given screw driver. Now you HDD is ready to be used like external hard disk. Connect it with USB cable to your laptop and see the data visible on your computer screen or not. HDD casing cost will vary based on the component quality for the circuit and material used for casing.
I bought the casing from Flipkart and it is working fine. You can purchase it from near by computer shop or online as well. If you hard disk contain the window installer then don't format it as you can use it again as your laptop hard in feature if you want.
If you have HP laptop then you don't need to completely open your laptop as well. You can take out your HDD by opening the 4 screws only. There is written word "HP 3D Hard Drive" to the back panel of the laptop.
